OBJECTIVE SECOND OPINIONS

When in-house counsel, outside counsel or a family attorney are not experienced or prepared to handle specific complex and sensitive issues, Robert A. Goodman serves as an independent and objective guide, at times offering a "second opinion," helping clients who are experiencing a serious conflict or dispute to find a beneficial solution.

Bob works with clients face-to-face, exploring sound legal strategies. His experience includes years with firms of all sizes, as well as governmental agencies in areas ranging from intellectual property to mergers and acquisitions, start-ups and break-ups to class actions. No matter how complex or unmanageable your situation may seem, Bob will help you accurately gauge your risk and determine an outcome you can live with.
