We provide legal consulting to clients who seek sound legal strategies dealing with complex and sensitive issues. As our name implies, we work to assess the nature of your unique conflict and create a solution that meets your needs. This service brings over forty years of experience in court rooms and boardrooms serving on behalf of public and private corporations, not-for-profits, government agencies and high net worth individuals.

We work for clients on both a primary and "second-opinion basis," analyzing issues and situations, clearly identifying potential risks and rewards. We craft a recommended strategy and will provide follow-up monitoring if needed.

Unlike many firms, this is a limited practice, engaging only in advisory services. Specifically:

• Referral fees are not accepted. Any and all referrals and recommendations are made to appropriate full-time, highly qualified practitioners.
• A flat fee that is charged which is fixed in advance. No hourly billings. The fee is based on anticipated degree of complexity, timeliness and formality of engagement.
• Ongoing legal work with our clients is not sought. Impartiality and objectivity is guaranteed by having no interest in follow-on legal work.
