Bob does not conduct traditional litigation efforts, such as drafting pleadings or briefs, taking depositions, or arguing before courts. Bob will instead focus on and enhance his clients' abilities to achieve their chosen goals through the litigation process. Therefore, he will not be going to court for his clients, but he will provide an analytical and strategic approach and assist in determining whether proceeding with negotiations, a lawsuit or continuing current litigation is likely to produce a desirable outcome for his client.

Bob helps his clients and their in-house as well as outside counsel successfully prepare complex litigation by offering a highly objective risk vs. reward assessment. This assessment will be performed in a completely independent fashion for a flat fee determined before Bob proceeds with his services.

Bob will recommend lawyers for his clients according to their specific needs and will also evaluate the ability of counsel to determine whether they are best able to proceed in the matter, with or without assistance. Bob will also seek out experts who have experience in situations similar to that of his client.
